If a nurse or nursing assistant is seeking extra work, they can easily book a shift in-app, complete the shift, and get paid instantly. If they need a schedule that accommodates the needs of family, lifestyle, or educational goals, they can book shifts flexibly through the Clipboard app.

The nursing shortage is real. Many healthcare facilities can’t fill all their open shifts, because the healthcare staffing market is broken. Increasing the number of health care professionals will take time and effort, but gains can be made quickly by creating a more efficient and transparent marketplace.

Clipboard Health helps healthcare facilities make better use of the healthcare workforce that exists today.
