Senior Sales Executive, Healthcare Enterprise

Global Remote Post Series C

Generate and nurture leads with large hospital systems and corporate SNFs to help millions of healthcare professionals & patients.

Responsible for generating and nurturing leads with large hospital systems, corporate SNFs, etc. and guiding customers through the sales process.
Send and get contracts signed, maintain customer relationships, and upsell them over time (most of our clients buy more from us after they sign).
Have the unique opportunity to work with the CEO on various spin-off initiatives.

Your Role

Generate and nurture leads with large hospital systems, corporate SNFs, etc. and guiding customers through the sales process.
Send and get contracts signed, maintain customer relationships, and upsell them over time (most of our clients buy more from us after they sign).
Conduct high level conversations with mid and senior level prospects, explaining the value proposition
Gain business knowledge through researching how different healthcare enterprises operate, leadership structures, and pain points and challenges our clients face each day
Use a combination of phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and any other means to generate leads into healthcare enterprises and close them with signed contracts.
Manage prospects by articulating Clipboard Health’s unique value proposition
Measure top-of-funnel effectiveness and prepare statistics for weekly analysis
Generate net new opportunities via other channels such as webinars, company sponsored conferences/meetups, and more
Provide specific and actionable client feedback that our development team can use to ensure alignment of requirements and roadmaps to meet specific and broad client needs
Work directly with the CEO on various spin-off initiatives

Your Experience

You must have experience working with large healthcare enterprises
You like fast-moving startups, having worked at one or more before
3+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
Comfort and experience with cold calling and lead generation
Exceptional negotiation, presentation and listening skill
Excellent telephone presence, communication skills, and creative thinking on your feet
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to detail

Your Interview Process

1. Application Review

This first step of the interview process involves us looking at anything and everything you’ve shared that demonstrates your experience and ability to do all those things. We want to make sure you are a good fit for us and that we are a good fit for you, so we read deeply to try to learn everything we can.

2. Short take-home test (˜1h)

We go directly to a short take-home test. We front-load this in the process because it’s often a make-or-break step, and we want to make the best use of your time before putting you through a series of interviews.

3. Team Interviews

Once the take-home test is cleared, we immediately put you in an interview with a few team members, then a hiring manager.

Usually, we manage to get all of these interviews done in just a matter of days.

4. Leadership Interview

We set very high standards for everyone at Clipboard Health. In this interview with Bo, our COO, you’ll have a detailed discussion about:

  • How you set standards for yourself and drive your own work
  • Your relationship with data, especially as it relates to how you learn about problems and adjust to new/changing needs
  • Talk about particularly hard problems you’ve solved
  • How you interact with other teams when you are blocked, and how you go about unblocking others
  • Your expectations and needs regarding the position and what you expect from a workplace
  • Specifics about how you’d tackle various hypothetical problems

5. Offer

If everything looks good at that point, we make an offer as soon as we can - often same-day.
