We think of every single shift a healthcare facility posts as a significant event extending and re-upping our customer relationship. Because each shift is important, we are conversation-heavy; we proactively reach out to facilities to find out what they need before they know they need it, and then work hard to provide solutions.

How We Work

While customer support exists to handle one-off issues health care professionals and health care facilities encounter, customer success focuses on the maintenance of relationships with our users in a more general, all-encompassing way. Where our customers need more in-depth coaching or help that extends beyond a single call or issue, we provide that help while talking to and learning from our customers about their needs, wants, and ways we can improve.
