Letters To You

You can go through our standard HR orientation, read through important company write-ups like What is Culture?, Company Values, and more, but who better to tell you about life here at Clipboard Health than those who have recently joined and are now settling into their roles?

We firmly believe that the culture we describe and the expectations we set on Day 1 are noticeable in our day-to-day work, but we don’t want you to just take our word for it, we want you to hear it from others who not-so-long-ago traveled the same journey you are now on. We ask you not only read through these letters to gain more valuable insights to find success here faster, but also to take the time to write your own letter once you have started to settle into your role (usually after 30 days).

Write your Own Letter

We don’t have a standard template or list of things for you to cover in your letter to future hires because the value in the letter is your unique experience and perspective. Write what comes to mind, what things you wish someone would have told you when you started, or even things you wish you had done differently. Advice maybe you didn’t follow, or maybe by seeking too much advice you didn’t move fast enough. Whatever you wish you knew, write it down. Share it with future hires so each person we hire and onboard here has an incrementally better onboarding experience. Once you have written your letter, link it in under the right role (or if no letters for your role exist yet, create a new section and be the first!) and make sure the document is viewable to anyone in the Clipboard Health organization. Thank you in advance for growing our library and continuing to make our onboarding process that much better!

Sharing Your Experience on LinkedIn

Additionally, we hope in your excitement to join Clipboard Health, you will update your LinkedIn profile and announce your joining. We want you to be able to connect with your new colleagues here as soon as possible, as well as take advantage of the Team Member Referral Policy, which includes a referral bonus. We are growing so fast, and the additional visibility your LinkedIn page provides only helps us recruit better and faster.
