Just as it sounds, marketplace ops works to optimize the day-to-day operations of our marketplace by actively looking for opportunities to improve the experience of all our users. Sometimes this means reaching out to facilities to make sure they are getting full use of a new feature or to make sure we know in advance about shifts they might need to be filled. It often means reviewing the work of our healthcare professionals to ensure attendance. But it always means being awake, aware and on the lookout for places we can make Clipboard Health better for the people and organizations who rely on it.
How We Work
We have the honor to own each task given to us all the way from conception through execution and ongoing operation. Our customers are our #1 priority and we want to be sure they are satisfied with Clipboard Health on both the healthcare professional and healthcare facilities sides of our market.
When you take a call or handle a ticket we own it all the way through versus passing it to another person or department for handling. We work to make sure each member of our team is well-equipped for a variety of tasks because the customer is much happier when things are solved in one touch.
In a startup, responsibilities and processes often change and we work to be able to adapt quickly to those changes. This is intended both to help the company's overall mission and to help the team hit goals related to serving our market. We are attentive throughout our process. We prioritize our tasks and responsibilities so nothing falls through the cracks.
We take initiative and stay productive instead of waiting to be told our next task. Any team member should feel confident in the processes they’ve learned so they can execute the tasks that are given to them. Where find that isn’t the case, we are quick to provide coaching, training and to work on our processes to correct it.
